Thanks for purchasing our products at Rasasi Store operated by Rukn Al-Rasasi in Saudi Arabia.
- We accept return or refund for same priced items within 7 days if the item is not opened but the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Items purchased online cannot be exchanged / returned in the physical Rasasi store
- Goods once purchased can only be accepted for refund/ return within 7 days from purchase date subject to a manufacturer defect being identified in the purchased item, provided they are returned unused, in their original condition & packing. No Refunds / Returns can be accepted without the original invoice.
- No Refunds / Returns can be accepted if the defect / damage happened due to negligence of the customer.
- This Refund / Return policy is not applicable for Loose Products like Agarwood, Attars etc.
- Refunds against Credit Card purchases are subject to refund policy of the bank issuing the Credit Card (a minimum time of 10 working days is required for the same). Bank’s Commission, as applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount. No cash payments will be made by Rasasi.
- Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
- Rasasi reserves the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Rasasi store’s sole discretion.
